Banana Flambee a la Eric

This is one of our favorite dessert, easy and quick to make (says the person who does not do it 😎), and relatively healthy because it is banana!! Hahahaha… forget about the butter, sugar etc for a moment pls. And when it is on fire, it looks beautiful, thus here is the warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️Make sure you have the vent on all the time for the process as rum could cause fire in the pan so be extremely careful!!⚠️⚠️⚠️
