Sichuan Cold Noodle

I love this because I love green bean, Eric loves this because he loves spicy sauce. It is a very refreshing dish for summer or an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 cup of water
  • 1 cup of green bean powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the green bean power with 1 cup of water well.
  2. Put the 5 cups of water in the pot, boil.
  3. Put 1 into 2, keep stirring for 10~15 min.
  4. Pour into a container, refrigerate for at least an hour.
  5. Make a sauce, cut into whichever shape and mix them, serve!
