Crepe a la Eric

The first time I heard about Crepe is from my first boss, who is a French, said the Crepe is his favorite food and he can eat a deck (10++) of it every time. 😱😱 Then I realized when I visited Paris that it is a popular snack selling on the street with Nutella spread on it. Super tasty. Since then I have tried the savory ones as well, very good. This finally makes its way to be a quick, simple BUT delicious meal for us! We make it almost weekly!

Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 1/2 litter milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g butter
  • A pinch of salt and sugar

Instructions

Mix everything in food processor well, and pan it! Optional: if you want smoother crepe, put the batter into frig for 30-60 min before you pan it.
