Ingredients
- 2 ounces XO Cognac (looks like they change the packaging from square bottle to round one, I like the square one better…)
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Some sea salt (optional)
Instruction
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well until chilled, strain into the prepared glass (we like it to be rimmed with salt).
