Bin’s all time favorite! Beautiful bubbly drink!
Bin literally can drink this anytime in the day (everyday in a year) and any time in the meal (before, during, after) although this is supposed to be aperitif. 🤷♀️
Ingredients
- Some high quality champagne (our favorite ones are Perrier Jouet Grand Brut, Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut, Billecart Salmon Brut)
- Some Crème De Cassis (blackcurrant Liqueur, we use Drillaud Creme De Cassis)
Instruction
Depending on how much color (and liquorish) you want, the quantity of Crème De Cassis can vary. Pour in the liqueur first, then champagne follows. Et voila!
